Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes alternating between:
– rowing (calories)
– 10 alternating kettlebell box step-ups
– 5 handstand push-ups
– 10 burpees
– 35 double unders
– 5 strict pull-ups

Men row 15-cal. and use 1.5-pood kettlebell on 24-inch box.
Women row 12-cal. and use 1-pood kettlebell on 20-inch box.
