Tabata power snatches
Tabata overhead squats

The Tabata interval is 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for 5 intervals.

Men use 40-kg. barbell for cleans and jerks and 35-kg. barbell for snatches and squats.
Women use 25-kg. barbell for cleans and jerks and 20-kg. barbell for snatches and squats.
